The Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau provides meeting planners the opportunity to offer their attendees discounted attraction tickets via several package options. The savings may be passed on directly to the attendees, directly to the meeting planner or a combination of both.

Total Access Pass Plan Overview

Under the Total Access Pass Plan, attendees may visit any four (4) of the following twelve (12) attractions listed:

• Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
• Frist Center for the Visual Arts
• The Delta Riverboat Company - Gaylord Opryland Resort

• Nashville Zoo at Grassmere
• Ryman Auditorium
• Travellers Rest Plantation & Museum

Attendees will also receive a complimentary admission to the Parthenon with each Total Access Pass. Some restrictions apply.

OPTION A---Attendee discount pass on savings direct to Attendees

CVB Price: $35.00
Attendee Price: $33.00
Attendee receives $2.00 discount off regular price; NCVB will create a flyer advertising the program including the toll free number for purchases. Purchaser will need to identify himself or herself that they’re with the specified group to receive the specified group designated price.

OPTION B---Meeting Planner rebate pass on savings direct to Meeting Planner

CVB Price: $35.00
Attendee Price: $35.00
