1. Does the CVB have hi-res photography I can use?
Yes, there is an online photo gallery available on the website with approximately 30 hi-res images that may be used for editorial purposes. The Nashville CVB cannot approve photo requests for advertising materials, real estate promotions or commercial use. The images are strictly for editorial purposes to accompany an article about the area or promote an upcoming meeting or convention to be held in Nashville.

2. Does the Nashville CVB have B-roll video footage?
Yes. The CVB has stock footage that is available for broadcast editorial purposes or to promote an upcoming meeting or convention to be held in Music City. If you’d like to use the CVB’s footage, please submit request via the online form provided. Please note these videos must be returned to the NCVB within 30 days of receipt.

3. Does the CVB provide media assistance to traveling journalists?
Yes. The Nashville CVB receives numerous requests from journalists seeking assistance. For help in arranging a trip please contact the Public Relations Department. Please note that complimentary and media rate arrangements are at the discretion of the host and may not be available. Unfortunately, we cannot provide airfare nor can we pay for ground transportation or meals.

4. Does the CVB offer Press Trips?
The Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau offers four, group press tours each year. The CVB  contracts with Geiger & Associates Public Relations to coordinate these tours and to qualify journalists. Traditionally, we offer a fall tour in October and a holiday tour in November. In the spring, we offer two tours in April and May. In addition to two European offices, we also own the international product Rhythms of the South, a joint destination program with Atlanta and New Orleans. 5. Does the Nashville CVB have a list of local media outlets that I can use to promote my upcoming meeting or convention?
Yes, the CVB has a basic local media list that is available. The list is updated twice a year and is not comprehensive. The CVB is not responsible for changes that occur between updates. See the Nashville media list.
